I have already had an intervention by the FIMER Service but they have not solved the problem

If the fault has not been resolved during the first intervention, the authorized Service partner will communicate with the Call Center to complete the CARE according to what emerged from the intervention. You will be contacted directly by the Call Center for continuation based on the type of non-resolution. If you are not contacted within 48 hours from the not conclusive intervention, please send a reminder via CARE in writing and call our Service Department.
