PROJECT MANAGER – EMOBILITY BU

Location: Vimercate (MB), Italy
Business Unit: Electric Vehicle Infrastructure

Reporting Line: E-Mobility BU Director     
Seniority: Junior level
Employment Contract Type: Permanent; Full-Time 
Education – Master Degree in Management or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
Experience – 2 or 3 years of experience in project management roles in industrial multinational and structured companies.
Languages – Fluent/Native Italian is mandatory. Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English language (C1)

JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The required profile will be in charge of planning, coordinating and monitoring the various process phases functional to the delivery of the product in the time and manner agreed with the customer, ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders, the constant improvement of the process and the best expected result. 

ACTIVITIES

  • Direct interface with customers for all info related to the realization of the product.
  • Collaborate with the BU Managing Director and the rest of Project Management team for the realization of the various requests received from the customer.
  • Collect information from all the stakeholders involved to efficiently map the process stages and direct the useful actions.
  • Guarantee synergies between the authorities, FIMER functions and the customer.
  • Plan and verify the timing for the project milestones’ realization, involving the people concerned.
  • Take care of any problems that arise in relation to customer requirements, procurement, production, design and service, analyzing the best solution and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities during the project, guaranteeing quality in the workflow and the best result in terms of margin.
  • Introduce and use tools for control of activities and data collection, sharing periodically and at different levels the emerged criticalities and the solutions made to the process.
  • Report periodically to his/her supervisor the results of his/her work along with the status of achievement of objectives on time and as planned.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
MUST HAVE

  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT
  • Excellent use of computer applications/tools to support planning and process development (Gantt, Microsoft Projects or similar)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous knowledge of SAP could be a plus

  • Ability to work to reach targets and under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, willing to learn, self-driven, teamwork predisposition, both with R&D and Marketing teams and with other company functions.
  • Attentive to details, combines technical knowledge with the ability to read the market trends.
