JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant will join FIMER branch in the US with the aim to support the local Finance Team in managing all the financial and reporting activities for the country.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform monthly closing activities; including prepare & enter journal entries, GL account reconciliations, etc.
- Produce weekly & monthly corporate and local financial reports
- Assist with AR (collections, remittance processing and customer follow-up) and AP (accruals, payment processing and vendor follow-up)
- Interaction with accounting firm for sales tax reporting
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting and project support to management
- Monitor cost and identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Miscellaneous operational functions in lean environment
- Interact, support and monitor financial aspects of all departments, working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Service and Project Management
REQUIRED PROFILE
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis or other related fields
- Strong Excel working knowledge

• Tax and exchange currency
• SAP experience
